What do I need to do to prepare?

We will send an email a few weeks ahead of the retreat with details of what to bring depending on the location and weather etc.

Do I need to attend the entire retreat?

​

You can attend the retreat in spite of having to arrive later or depart earlier than the scheduled dates. However, the fees will need to be paid in full. You can write to us regarding your arrival and departure dates if they differ from the dates listed.

I am completely new to yoga, can I still join?

​

Absolutely! Options will be made available and classes will be modified to suit individual levels. It's a great place to start and get personalized attention and also spend time with folks with similar passions.

 

How do I get a single occupancy room?

You may request for a Single Occupancy Room by sending us an email post registration. We will notify you at a later date regarding availability and if confirmed, we will send an email regarding top up payment.

Can I extend my stay at the venue?

​

We can assist you regarding additional stay and will check with the venue regarding availability and discounted rates. This will be at an additional cost and payable directly to the venue. Please send us an email if you are interested.
